Executive Officer
The Executive Officer leads the Consumer Affairs office, sets its direction, and ensures services are delivered effectively. She also serves as the Rent Commissioner, overseeing rent-related matters and enforcement.

Enforcement Officer
Enforcement Officers help protect consumers by ensuring businesses, landlords, and debt collectors follow the law. They investigate complaints, provide guidance to consumers, tenants, and landlords, monitor non-compliant businesses and debt collection agencies, and issue enforcement orders when necessary.
Heather Marshall
Case Management Support Officer
The Case Management Support Officer provides administrative and case support, manages consumer complaints, and oversees the licensing of vacation rentals. The role also includes handling accounts and providing general office support.

Community & Business Liaison Officer
The Business & Community Liaison Officer educates the public about consumer, landlord, and tenant rights through outreach, training, media, and public engagement. The role includes creating educational materials, maintaining the website, conducting research, and promoting Consumer Affairs services to the community.
